A Checklist of issues counsel should consider when responding to requests for admission (RFAs) in an action pending in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part or in a non-foreclosure action in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part. This Checklist addresses the first steps counsel should take after being served with RFAs, how to draft and serve the objections and responses, and withdrawing or amending an admission.
