The SEC will hold an open meeting on July 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The SEC will consider adopting new cybersecurity disclosure rules for reporting companies, as well as proposing amendments under the Exchange Act and Advisers Act relating to conflicts of interest of broker-dealers and investment advisers using predictive data analytics and the registration exemption for internet advisers.

The SEC will hold an open meeting on July 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The SEC will consider adopting new cybersecurity disclosure rules for reporting companies, as well as proposing amendments under the Exchange Act and Advisers Act relating to conflicts of interest of broker-dealers and investment advisers using predictive data analytics and the registration exemption for internet advisers.
