A Practice Note addressing transparency in coverage (TiC) requirements under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that require group health plans and health insurers to comply with certain disclosure and reporting requirements involving price transparency. This Note, one of two companion resources, addresses rules under which plans and insurers must timely disclose to participants specified information about the costs of covered items and services under a plan.
