A Practice Note addressing the Superior Court's decision of civil appeals from the courts of common pleas and typical forms of post-decision relief available in the Superior Court. Specifically, this Note discusses how and when to ask the Court to clarify or publish the decision, grant reargument, or award additional costs and damages related to the appeal. This Note also addresses how these requests affect remand and the time to appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and how other parties may respond to these requests for post-decision relief.
