Reclamation

A seller's right to recover goods sold to a debtor within 45 days before the debtor's bankruptcy filing, if sold in the ordinary course of the seller's business and if received by the debtor while it was insolvent. The seller must make a timely written demand for reclamation in order to preserve its rights.
