Division 3 financial products
For the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (CA 2001), Division 3 Financial products include any of the following:
- Derivatives within the meaning of section 761D of the CA 2001.
- Interests in a managed investment scheme.
- Debentures, stocks or bonds issued or proposed to be issued by a government.
- Superannuation products (other than those prescribed by regulations for the purposes of this definition).
- Any other financial products able to be traded on a financial market.
