A Standard Document for a partial or interim waiver and release of liens and claims for use by a general or prime contractor, construction manager at risk, subcontractor, or supplier on a construction project. This Standard Document is used to acknowledge receipt of payment during an ongoing project and to release all claims, including all mechanic's or construction lien rights, through the date of the waiver and release. While construction waivers and releases are generally governed by state law, this jurisdictionally neutral template is useful and relevant in every state.
