The Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments (2005 Hague Convention and 2007 Hague Convention) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 were made on 25 January 2022 and came into force on 26 January 2022. They make no change to the law. They merely insert the text of the reservations and declarations made under each of these conventions into schedules to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982.
