This Note considers the Chinese regime on domain name administration, registration and dispute resolution. It also discusses the domain application and management strategy for country-code top level domains (ccTLDs). The Note compares the key differences between China's domain name dispute resolution policy and the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
