This term refers to specific categories of dispute arising out of the employment relationship and defined under Article 2 of the
Law of the People's Republic of China on Labour-dispute Mediation and Arbitration 2007
. These include but are not limited to disputes arising from:
The confirmation of the establishment of an employment relationship.
The conclusion, performance, alternation, cancellation or termination of an employment contract.
Working hours and employment remuneration.
