Employment dispute (劳动争议)

This term refers to specific categories of dispute arising out of the employment relationship and defined under Article 2 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Labour-dispute Mediation and Arbitration 2007. These include but are not limited to disputes arising from:
  • The confirmation of the establishment of an employment relationship.
  • The conclusion, performance, alternation, cancellation or termination of an employment contract.
  • Working hours and employment remuneration.
