The SAFEA has launched a new pilot programme to evaluate and issue work permits for foreigners. The new system does not distinguish between foreign experts and foreign business personnel. Instead, it classifies all candidates based on a talent assessment scoring system. High-end talents now enjoy a streamlined licensing procedure.
