This document is a checklist that sets out the prescribed and recommended disclosure requirements for a prospectus to be issued under section 710 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (CA 2001). It can be used by an entity undertaking an initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to check that the offer prospectus to be lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commissions (ASIC) includes the specific and general disclosures required under the CA 2001 and the ASX Listing Rules.
