These clauses are designed to be inserted in the relevant panels of form TR1 where one transfer is being used to document a sub-sale between a seller, an intermediate buyer and a sub-buyer.
These clauses are suitable for a transfer of the whole of a registered title, freehold or leasehold. They may be suitable whether the property is commercial or residential.
Note: these clauses are not appropriate for use where the sub-sale is being completed by way of two back-to-back transfers.
