Licence to carry out works (consent only)

Maintained, England, Wales
Licence from the landlord to the tenant giving consent to carry out works at the property. This licence is intended for use only where the parties have entered into an agreement for lease which governs the way the tenant is to carry out its initial fitting out works and those obligations are not personal to the tenant.
This licence records the landlord's consent to the works. Other than reinstatement obligations, it does not impose any obligations on the tenant as to how the tenant is carry out the works. This is to avoid duplicating or conflicting with the obligations entered into by the tenant in the agreement for lease.
