A letter from a borrower to a lender (under an existing facility agreement) requesting the lender's consent to borrow from a new lender, and to create security in favour of that new lender, during the term of the loan from the original lender. It is intended for use where a borrower's existing facility agreement prohibits additional borrowing and the creation of new security.
