Model breach of condition notice, issued by a local planning authority, requiring the recipient to remedy a breach of a planning condition within a specified period.

This model notice is based on the appendix to Annex 4 of Circular 10/97: enforcing planning control (now cancelled) and the model breach of condition notice in Planning Practice Guidance.
