An agreement for grazing horses for private purposes only, drafted as a common law tenancy and granted at an inclusive rent for a fixed term of one year. It is assumed that the agreement will not be caught by either the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 or the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. Do not use this document if either statute is likely to apply.
