A notice under section 1(4) of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 (ATA 1995) which states that the tenancy is to be and remain a farm business tenancy (FBT).

The landlord and the tenant should each serve a section 1(4) notice on the other. They should exchange the notices on or before the earlier of the date of the tenancy agreement or the date the tenant is entitled to possession under the terms of the tenancy.
