Cartel conduct

When businesses engage in collusive anti-competitive conduct instead of competing with each other. Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA), cartel conduct is prohibited per se and gives rise to civil, civil penal and criminal exposure. It involves one or more of the following forms of conduct:
