COVID-19: FCCA adopts special arrangements | Practical Law

As of 16 March 2020, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) has put in place special arrangements regarding merger control due to the COVID-19 outbreak. On 23 March 2020, the FCCA also stated that it will be following European Competition Network policy and will not take action against co-operation that is necessary to ensure sufficient availability of products during the exceptional circumstances.
