ÖIAG - Holding and Privatisation Management for Austria | Practical Law

ÖIAG pursues a dual strategy in carrying out its role as the Austrian Republic's investment and privatisation agency. On the one hand, it aims to increase the value of the investments entrusted to it, and on the other to monitor its investments for exit scenarios and - depending on its mandate from the Austrian government - to partially or fully privatise its companies. Both strategies are applied in parallel in order to ensure maximum independence.
