The Supreme People's Court (SPC) has issued its 39th batch of guiding cases. This batch includes eight cases, all of which are related to intellectual property (IP) rights, covering the fields of copyrights, patent rights, exclusive rights to integrated circuit layout designs, anti-unfair competition and antitrust.
