This standard document is a notice of acceptance of contract under section 8B(4)(a) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (LTA 1987) given by the nominated person to the landlord. This notice informs the landlord that the nominated person accepts the terms of the contract entered into at the auction. This notice is used where the landlord intends to dispose of the interest by way of a sale at public auction in England and Wales.
