A Checklist for employers to use when served with wage garnishment and other income withholding orders and notices concerning an employee's wages, such as child support orders, state and federal tax levies, and wage garnishment for the repayment of consumer debt. This Checklist is jurisdiction neutral. State law may impose different or additional requirements on employer handling of wage garnishment and other income withholding orders.
