Early conciliation certificate extends to a claim of constructive dismissal where resignation occurred after certificate was issued (EAT) | Practical Law

In Compass Group UK & Ireland Ltd v Morgan UKEAT/0060/16, the EAT considered whether a claim of constructive dismissal was validly accepted by an employment tribunal in circumstances where the employee resigned after Acas had issued a certificate at the conclusion of the early conciliation process in relation to the employee's concerns about the employer's treatment of her.
