A case tracker of cases involving disputes regarding the maximum weekly hours standard within the National Employment Standards (NES) under Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act). The cases include disputes arising under the unfair dismissal provisions of Part 3-2 of the FW Act, the general protections provisions of Part 3-1 of the FW Act and disputes under enterprise agreements. The case tracker considers decisions of the Fair Work Commission (FWC), Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) (formerly the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (FCCA)) and the Federal Court of Australia (FCA).
