This note examines the practical aspects of mediation in Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act) matters. It assists practitioners in preparing for, and appearing at, mediation of FW Act proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) .
