Following the Office of Fair Trading's provisional findings of evidence of collusion between various supermarkets and dairy processors on some dairy retail prices, certain of these parties have admitted involvement in anti-competitive practices and agreed to pay individual penalties which, combined, total a maximum of over £116 million.
