A Note discussing incremental facilities including a description of typical characteristics and terms of incremental facilities, such as limits on amounts, most favored nations (MFN) provisions, and "sidecar" facilities. The Note also includes links to large corporate and middle market credit agreements with incremental facility provisions. Examples of recent credit agreements will be added semi-annually.
