A Standard Clause that can be included in a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) to clarify whether time spent washing or donning and doffing clothing and protective gear is compensable under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). It is based on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) with consideration of the FLSA Section 203(o) (29 U.S.C. § 203(o)).
