The Ministry of Justice has opened for public comment the Regulations on the Implementation of the Foreign Investment Law (Draft to Solicit Comments). The draft, once adopted, will be the first administrative regulation to provide the basis for the implementation of China's unified Foreign Investment Law (FIL). The last day for comments is 1 December 2019.
