This standard document is a notice of withdrawal under section 14(2) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (LTA 1987) given by the nominated person to the purchaser of an interest disposed of in breach of the LTA 1987. This notice is served on the basis that the nominated person has become aware that the number of qualifying tenants wishing to proceed with the acquisition of the interest is less than the requisite majority of qualifying tenants.
