This standard document is a landlord's lapse of offer notice under section 10 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 (LTA 1987). It is a notice given by the landlord to the qualifying tenants of the constituent flats that Part I of the LTA 1987 no longer applies to the premises and that the offer notice, and anything done in pursuance of it, is to be treated as not having been served or done.
