An announcement dated 15 July 2022, published on the Judiciary website on 18 July 2022, confirms that the mandatory (save for limited exceptions) Disclosure Pilot Scheme (PD 51U), which had been due to operate in the Business and Property Courts until 31 December 2022, has been approved. The scheme will operate in the B&PCs on a permanent basis from 1 October 2022 as PD 57AD "Disclosure in the Business and Property Courts".
