Lease of the reversion
Also known as a
concurrent lease
. A lease of the landlord's interest in a property that is already subject to a lease.

Sometimes, a lease of the reversion may be called an
overriding lease
, however, that term has a specific meaning in the context of the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995.
