Form E1

A financial statement signed by each party in proceedings for a financial remedy (other than a financial order or financial relief after an overseas divorce or dissolution of civil partnership) under Part 9 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010, in the Family Court or High Court. See Standard document, Form E1: Financial statement for a financial remedy. Form E1 requires the parties to set out their financial circumstances in detail, with supporting documents.
Use Form E on an application for a financial order or financial relief after an overseas divorce or dissolution. Form E is not used on an application to vary an order, except where the application is to capitalise a periodical payments order.
Use Form E2 on an application to vary a financial remedy, except where the application is to capitalise a periodical payments order.
