International Standby Practices (ISP98)

An international set of rules relating to the rights and obligations of parties under standby letters of credit produced by the International Chamber of Commerce. The rules apply if the parties to a standby letter of credit expressly incorporate them. The current version of the rules is ISP98, ICC Publication No 590.
