ICE LIBOR

ICE Benchmark Administration Limited's (ICE) fixing of the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR). It is in the process of being wound-down. Historically, ICE LIBOR was often used as a benchmark or reference rate for calculating interest. It replaced BBA LIBOR on 1 February 2014. For more information on why BBA LIBOR was superseded by ICE LIBOR, see Practice note, Interest rate benchmark reform: reform of existing rates: LIBOR.
ICE LIBOR is published at about 11.55 am each London business day (subject to certain holidays).
For more information about ICE LIBOR, see Practice note, Interest rate benchmark reform: reform of existing rates: LIBOR. For more information about the transition away from using LIBOR in finance transactions, see Practice note, Interest rate benchmark reform: working groups.
