A document required under the Prospectus Rules before 1 July 2012 to be prepared by a listed company on at least an annual basis containing or referring to all regulated information that the company had published or made available to the public within and outside the EU over the preceding 12 months.

Since 1 July 2012, issuers are no longer required to prepare annual information updates under the Prospectus Rules.
