The electronic settlement of US Regulation S, Category 3 securities trading on the London Stock Exchange | Practical Law

This article describes the new procedures that allow equity securities sold under Regulation S Category 3 (namely, securities sold outside the US by issuers with a substantial US following) to settle electronically on the London Stock Exchange as required by the EU Regulation on Central Securities Depositories and in compliance with US securities law.
