Within the context of bankruptcy, a case filed under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, with the goal of rehabilitating the debtor and restructuring its financial affairs, in contrast to a liquidation of the estate and distribution of the proceeds to creditors in a case filed under Chapter 11 or Chapter 7.
