Three agreements for US public company acquisitions with a deal value of $100 million or more were filed since December 20, 2019.
On December 20, 2019, IAC/InterActiveCorp agreed to acquire family care provider online marketplace Care.com, Inc. in an all-cash tender offer valued at approximately $500 million.
On December 21, 2019, Brookfield Infrastructure agreed to acquire communications company and fiber network operator Cincinnati Bell Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $2.6 billion, including debt.
On January 5, 2020, YUM! Brands, Inc. agreed to acquire burger-centric, fast-casual restaurant chain The Habit Restaurants, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $375 million.
