A Practice Note examining the requirements for disclosure of information on SEC filing fees in Securities Act registration statements and other documents filed under the US federal securities laws. Recently amended rules, regulations, and forms require that filing-fee information be presented in tabular form on an exhibit, and beginning in 2024 and 2025, this information must be presented in structured Inline XBRL format. This Practice Note focuses on the filing-fee disclosure requirements as they apply to Securities Act registration statements on Form S-3.
