The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) have jointly revised the Implementing Rules for the Fair Competition Review System.
