A form of certification that a Massachusetts condominium unit owner has paid all condominium or common area fees, or expenses assessed against the condominium unit as of the date of the certificate. The management board or trustees of the condominium association execute the certificate, commonly known as a 6D Certificate, in connection with the sale or refinance of the condominium unit.
