Standard Contractual Clauses for Personal Data Transfers from an EU Processor to a Processor Established in a Third Country (Processor-to-Processor Transfers) | Practical Law

A set of standard contractual clauses for personal data transfers from an EU processor to a processor in a third country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection as set out in the Annex to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (SCCs). These clauses apply to personal data transfers under Article 46(2)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR). Practical Law Data Privacy & Cybersecurity has created four standard documents from the European Commission's original text, one for each data transfer scenario covered by the SCCs, incorporating only the modules relevant to that data transfer scenario (licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license).
