Financial Outlook
A financial outlook is
future oriented financial information
(FOFI) that is not presented in the format of a historical financial statement. For example,
earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization
(EBITDA), earnings per share, revenue targets, operating ratios, projected spending or operating costs and earnings guidance are all forward outlooks.
