Material Change Report

A prescribed Form 51-102F3 - Material Change Report (Form 51-102F3) that reporting issuers are required to file on SEDAR+ as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days after the date of a material change under section 7.1 of National Instrument 51-102 — Continuous Disclosure Obligations (unless specified exceptions apply). There are corresponding but different provisions applicable to investment funds that are reporting issuers in section 11.2 of National Instrument 81-106 — Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure.
