Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP)

Defined in Part I of the TSX Company Manual for the purposes of the TSX as the volume weighted average trading price of the listed securities, calculated by dividing the total value by the total volume of securities traded for the relevant period. Where appropriate, TSX may exclude internal cross trades and certain other special terms trades from the calculation.
